How to => This week is Homemade granola bar recipe (SO easy and Yummy):

  • 1 2/3 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup nuts, crushed (I use magimix)
  • 3/4 cup 60% chocolate or raisins, crushed
  • 1/3 cup organic tahini 100% whole sesame
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 70 gr melted butter
  • 1 tsp water
Mix the the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Than mix the tahini, honey, butter and water in another bowl till it looks like a “glue”. When done Mix everything REALLY WELL because you want to make sure the “glue” gets all over everything. Dump your granola mixture into baking dish with sides and spread out the mixture with a wooden spoon. Now PRESS HARD all over the granola ‘cause You want to compress it together so that your bars won’t fall apart when you cut them =>180c for 30m (till you smell it and it’s the sides are brown). Let it cool down for about 1 h before you cut your granola into bars. 

You can wrapped individually in plastic wrap, so that you could just throw one into your bag or lunch box in the morning. ENJOY!
